Frequency Separation is one of the most powerful techniques in all of digital photo editing. Through this process we separate the details from the color in an image and can work on them independently to be able to achieve so much in our art. We'll briefly explore the basic use for skin retouching and then move into how I use Frequency Separation to repair clothing and beyond.
